Hey Nina! Its Sille. I have seen your dress and i was surprised, i really liked it! I think you got all the neccessary details. Everything works and the overall look is just like your moodboard. I like the idea with pads under arms, much easier to wash and probably practical for everyone. Id love to see someone wearing it!
MANUFACTURING
I’ve started to sew the A-line dress that I did plan. I’ve found a nice, yellow cotton fabric with a bit of stretch in it that fits the garment well.
CHANGES
I have made some changes to my previous sketches. The dress is now in a cleaner A-line shape and I have added some round pockets as well.
I will also make a headband to match the dress. Next week I'm going to buy fabric, I will try to find one with stretch. Cotton college or jersey fabric in a pale yellow tone would be nice!
